We take guest experiences very seriously. Please fill out the contact form with the subject line “Grievance” and include details (Hotel Name, Date, Nature of Issue). The PTDA Disciplinary Committee reviews formal complaints every week to maintain service standards.
No. The PTDA is a regulatory and promotional body, not a travel agency. We do not accept payments or make bookings. However, we can connect you with our list of Registered Travel Agents and Hotels to ensure you book with trusted providers.
As a volunteer-led association, we try our best to respond to all queries within 24–48 hours. For urgent matters or emergencies during your trip, we recommend calling the helpline number directly instead of emailing.
We welcome new members! Please visit our office with your Trade License and BRN (Business Registration Number). Our General Secretary will guide you through the registration process and the benefits of joining the association.
The PTDA is an association of hospitality providers, not a government department, so we do not issue permits directly. However, our Registered Travel Agents can handle all the necessary paperwork for Inner Line Permits (ILP) or Protected Area Permits (PAP) on your behalf. We recommend booking your transport or package through a member agent to make this process seamless.
